Our client, a UK security company that has its Head Office in Solihull require a highly motivated, professional administrator to join their team. The company have over 25 years of experience working within the services sector building a strong reputationin the industry. They have plenty of strong recommendations for the services they offer but also a great reputation as a place to work.
The ideal Administrator will have at least a years’ experience, have a positive attitude, a natural attitude to help others and a determination to see a job through. In return, the right administrator can expect a strong training plan from an experiencedindividual, and an enjoyable, friendly office atmosphere.
**Administrator - Position Overview**
- Speaking with internal team regularly, building rapport which will help you in your role
- Answering the phone and passing along messages using a basic transfer system
- Rostering in shifts for security
- Processing uniform orders
- Contribute to vetting security staff
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Answering general queries about services provided
- General administrating duties
- Ad-hoc queries as requested by Quality and Compliance Manager
**Administrator - Position Requirements.**
- Proven experience in an administrator role (Open to consider experience from different sectors)
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively using the appropriate communication medium to a variety of audiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated
- Can work independently as well as a team
- Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Live within a commutable distance of Solihull
**Administrator - Position Remuneration**
- Salary £24,000 - £26,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Performance Bonus
- Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
