Job Overview:
We are seeking a Workshop Support Operative to join our team. As a Workshop Support Operative, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to maintaining the cleanliness of the Telford site and performing duties tasked by the line manager.

**Duties**:

- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Use computer to record deliveries.
- Dispose of site waste according to set policies and procedures.
- Pick up refuse in other areas as required.
- Maintain municipal, services facilities and equipment.
- Clean and report repairs to equipment and tools.
- Operate basic power tools such as lawn mowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers, etc.
- Provide manual labour assistance on various tasks and assignments
- Hold a valid full driving licence to undertake collections and deliveries.
- Perform other related duties as required as direct by the site manager/Workshop supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of QHSE Legislation.
- Displays willingness to follow instruction and learn new tasks.
- Physically fit.
- Practical skills.
- Being able to work at heights.
- Knowledge of materials and building methods.
- Proven experience to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.

**Salary**: From £23,920.00 per year
