**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated **Workshop Admin Supervisor / Team Leader** to join our team in Telford. This role is vital to ensuring smooth operations within our company, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional transportation services.

**Responsibilities**
- **Oversee and prioritise** the daily operations of the workshop, leading a team of four engineers to ensure efficient workflow and consistently high maintenance standards.
- **Ensure all driver-reported defects** are addressed promptly, removing vehicles from service when necessary to maintain safety and compliance.
- **Liaise with the Operations Team** to coordinate vehicle availability, minimising downtime during servicing and repair schedules.
- **Utilise the Blue Crystal workshop maintenance system** for job allocation, service scheduling, parts management (in/out), and accurate record keeping.
- **Plan and monitor** the timely completion of PMI, MOT, and LOLER inspections for a fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- **Manage purchasing and parts procurement** through PO systems, ensuring efficient turnaround times for repairs and servicing.
- **Coordinate tyre replacements** and other essential maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
- **Monitor and maintain stock levels** within workshop stores to prevent shortages and operational delays.
- **Enforce and oversee Health & Safety compliance,** promoting a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
- **Ensure** all tools within workshop are serviced, calibrated and maintained to a high standard, waste disposal notes documented for wate oils, scrap etc
- **Audit engineer training logs for IRTECs etc**:

- **Report directly to the Depot Manager** and the **Lakeside Group Engineering Manager**, providing regular updates on workshop performance, fleet condition, and maintenance activities.
- **The applicant** **must be extremely organised**, a great communicator, a natural leader and a team player
- **Hours and Pay negatable** depending on individual and experience
