What you'll be doing
Are you a passionate Kiosk Assistant? If so, we have a number of openings and we’d love you to join our team at Hibernian FC
This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK
As a Kiosk Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
What can you bring?
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
