Provide product specialist knowledge across total imaging portfolio to give insight into key features and benefits as well as competitive positioning in the market. Provide first hand knowledge of working products and create and deliver training/knowledge transfer to key stakeholders internally and externally. Media responsibility for all product and technical reviews online and in the press. Event support including brief, technical set up, and on site support.

- Support positioning and understanding of imaging products at launch to all internal and external stakeholders
- Active involvement in product lifecycle from embargo to launch and EOL
- Work with PR/Social and PBD team to drive positive reviews from embargo and respond to ongoing queries
- Understanding of competitor technology and specifications and sharing of knowledge within team
- Take active part in all Canon imaging events both for Customer and Accounts where applicable
- Provide training/knowledge transfer internally and externally as required including quality standards for all product training
- Translation of central product documents into useful local tools to enable product set up, ranging, training and content production
- Identify new opportunities for products in B2C and B2B and liaise with PBDs
- Support external relations with product strategy messaging and technical demonstrations i.e. press/influencers/accounts/end users
