You will also drive the technical side in the sales cycle: deliver sales pitches, demos, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.
In addition, you will support channel partners with solution architecture including identifying, assessing, and minimizing project risks.

- In addition to a salary of between £61,092 and £73,605 depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. **What we ask**:
As our Solution Consultant you will:

- Provide hands-on support to the countries for project business (pre-sales, technical support, software development support, alliances etc.)
- Interface with Product Managers & Canon Inc. regarding SDK developments, product alterations and customisation.
- Identify and build relations with key technology partners & alliances to support solution design & services business development.
- Supports & develops customer facing teams with technical training on vertical propositions to establish and leverage consultative selling and core selling behaviours methodologies
- Provide Cross-Product Group consultancy and proposition design to create fitting solution proposal to the customers/partner’s individual demand
- Supporting customers/partners by assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes to product portfolio where needed
- Providing updates to stakeholders on project development processes, opportunity progress and required mid-term technical enhancements

**You will need**:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Degree with strong business background
- High skills in marketing highly technical products in a B2B & B2C environment
- Languages: English fluency essential, European languages desirable

EXPERIENCE
- “Subject Matter Expert” level of knowledge in technical consultancy of industrial or imaging solutions
- Relevant IT experience
- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
- Previous project management experience is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Significant experience in consultative and solutions selling
- High affinity and skills to analyse and interpret data
- Experience of coaching and developing a virtual team, sharing best practice and knowledge transfer (multicultural environment would be a strong advantage)
