**Senior Business Intelligence Specialist**
Herbalife, Uxbridge
**About the role**:
The Senior Specialist will deliver detailed analysis activities to measure performance, draw conclusions and make recommendations to support business growth, using clear and engaging language. They will extract, analyse and interpret large amounts of data from a range of sources, in order to make it accessible to businesses.
**In this role you will**:
- Maintain a sound knowledge of the business, including the Marketing Plan, business trends, member behaviour and the relationships between metrics
- Use data to answer business-related questions from senior management and stakeholders across the region, in an easy to understand, storytelling approach
- Use business intelligence tools and analytical skills to provide insight, and ensure utilization of BI is consistent and accurate
- Be working with the Director, BI, identify new project opportunities, then lead and deliver these to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that knowledge is shared and best practice is followed
**Our requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience on similar role working with data analyzing
- Excellent working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, and working with complex datasets
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including expert level of Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Methodical & questioning approach, pro-actively recognizing business issues
- Adaptable, with a positive and flexible attitude to a complex, changing environment
