**More about your role**

You will deliver a first class and professional receptionist service within our student accommodation site.This is a highly varied role whereby you will have responsibility for a number of tasks such as office administration, cash handling and banking,updating internal databases, guided tours, updating social media and performing outbound service calls to existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service they are receiving.

You will assist the manager in day to day running of the site, ensuring that our students have a positive service.

**Please note: This is a full time role working Monday - Friday with a requirement to work additional weekends when Students arrive and depart the campus during September/October & July**

Due to the nature of the role we need you to be familiar with Microsoft office packages and consider yourself good with I.T. systems.
