You will be primarily accountable for scheduling & allocating the engineers jobs. The ideal person will be looking to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services offered. A proactive and forward-thinking approach is required with a hand on and can-do attitude.

Based in the company's Bradford office, you'll report to the Service Desk Supervisor and will be tasked with the following:

- Answering all incoming calls within the service department within a timely way
- Managing engineers’ daily workloads in line with reactive / parts fitting / maintenance calls
- Regularly monitor open jobs on both internal CMS and customers website and allocate labour to maximize efficiency

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

**What experience do I need?**

My client wants someone who's got a background in working in a customer service role, answering general enquiries, and liaising with different service departments.

They'll also need you to have experience of general office activities such as data entry of documentation, filing, faxes, photocopying, scanning, etc.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- Strong organisational and planning skills to manage organisational change
- Accuracy with a good amount of attention to detail
- A good understanding of SAP knowledge

We need you to be able to multitask and be organised and able to work under pressure with strong planning and problem-solving skills.

**What can I earn?**

This Service Co-Ordinator position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum. You also have the ability to earn overtime in this role.
