**Senior Project coordinator**:
**Location**:Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3SB
**Salary**: Up to £30k DoE
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week

**Senior Project coordinator - The Role**

We are looking for a Senior Project coordinator to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will provide operational and admin support to the projects team as well as line managing a team of project coordinators. You may also assist in planning and running smaller projects, with support from the project managers.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage a team of project co-ordinators
- Provide admin support for the team
- Work to deadlines
- Organise deliveries of equipment to sites
- Update information in Tracking Sheets
- Manage day to day resource activities
- Capture and record issues
- Manage changes
- Create quotations and manage billing activities
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO procedures

**Senior Project coordinator - The skills you’ll need**
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience of Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Excel and Outlook.
- At least 2 year’s experience working within a busy office environment.
- A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Close focus on attention to detail
- Able to work accurately following processes
- Ability to independently organise activities (schedules, diaries, meeting arrangements)
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Experience managing a team
- Motivational skills
- Problem solving skills
