Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with our client, who are a fast growing business within the Construction and Electrical sector.

Now looking to strengthen their team, they require an experienced Construction Project Manager. This important role needs someone with previous project management or site management experience who is within a 1-hour commute of their H/O in Ringwood but whois also able to commute and visit clients and sites across the UK - although most of their work is London and M4 corridor down to the South Coast. This role will see you being able to hit the ground running and pick up existing projects as well as ones thatare in the pipeline.

**The experienced Project Manager will: -**
- Have previous Construction PM or Site Management experience
- Ideally have SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- Have a solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience
- Proficient in RAMS/CPHSP and Health and Safety on site
- A hand on, can-do attitude with the ability to be flexible in a growing business that is extremely busy
- Work well on your own but also in a team
- Ideally have contacts for various tradespeople
- Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be computer literate
- Be agile and flexible

This role needs someone with the correct positive and can-do mindset/attitude to take hold of a project as soon as it’s been signed off by the client and run with all the way through to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate internal resources as well as third party suppliers and contractors for the execution of projects (handling 2 to 3 key projects at any one time)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes, program and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and oversee all trades
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with all parties
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
- Establish and maintain relationships with all project parties
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
