**Call Centre Agent**

An opportunity to join our busy Call centre team. Handling inbound calls and taking enquiries from potential customers looking to book a medical in one of our 85+ locations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering high volumes of calls professionally and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Accurately recording booking information on the in-house appointment system.
- Providing occasional reception cover and general front of house duties
- Responding to customer queries calmly and professionally and providing resolutions.
- Other administrative duties may be assigned to you as and when necessary.

**About you**

Experience within an office/call centre experience is desired.

As a company which deals with sensitive patient data, an understanding of the principles of Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality would be ideal.

Required Shift Cover:
Mondays, Tuesday and Saturdays

22.5Hours per week with additional overtime available

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.58 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
