We currently have an opportunity for a **Reward and Benefits Coordinator **to join our VetPartners family on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

As an integral part of the small People Transformation / Reward Team you will provide admin support and co-ordinate activities to assist in delivering our People / Reward Plan.

We are looking to welcome a colleague who can work 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. We can consider flexible working patterns, including hybrid working (60% in-office).

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
BAU (Business as Usual) Activities include:

- Responsible for assigned Benefit Activities e.g., Cycle to Work, Health Cash Plan, Private Medical Ins.
- Supports Pension Activities e.g., colleague queries, internal transfers, Re-enrolment, TPR portal.
- Assists with other activities as required and cyclic process e.g., P11D

Project Activities include:

- Engagement of & Communication with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Management of Project Documentation
- Co-ordinate Project Activities & Report Project Progress
- Supports with the Integration & Onboarding of Practices

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience as a coordinator/administrator/ assistant ideally in a Reward / HR, project, or compliance role
- Computer literate, including MS Office, Mail Merge & Excel with accurate data input and reporting
- Comfortable with data collation, validation, and analysis
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail whilst adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A collaborative team member, who can work flexibly and stay calm under pressure.
- Pro-active problem solver with an inquisitive approach and innovation skills to reach business solutions

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Awareness of UK Employment Law and regulations
- Working knowledge of HR Information Systems

**Location**:
York with the option of hybrid working (60% in-office requirement)
