Huntress have partnered with an industry a fast growing, award-winning business based in Harlow. This impressive, well-respected company is looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their passionate and dynamic team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Invoice receipting and reconciliation
- Expediting purchase orders
- Chasing and processing missing invoices and credit notes
- Work effectively on specific projects

You must be able to build rapport with suppliers and maintain relationships through a natural ability to communicate effectively, along with being clear and concise. You will ideally have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office functions and fulltraining on the in-house systems will be given.

Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a similar role, which will provide you with the organisation skills to be able to stay on top of queries and manage your time effectively.

Hybrid working will be available after training, plus free parking is available too This role offers the opportunity to join a progressive and people focused business that prides itself on successfully developing skills and careers.

Up to £25k (depending on experience)
Monday-Friday, full time hours
