**Your Impact and Responsibilities**:
As a Retail Support Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication between our distribution centres and retail stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Act as the primary point of contact for store and Customer Support Centre queries within the Distribution Centre.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication across all departments, ensuring interactions are tracked and reported.
- Take full ownership of managing and resolving queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide proactive updates to stores and CSC on deliveries, major incidents, and potential delays.
- Work closely with the DC team to stay informed on daily schedules and enhance service quality through continuous improvement of procedures, policies, and standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

- Ability to collaborate with teams across transport, warehouse, and stock control, with a good understanding of retail logistics and distribution operations (preferred but not essential).
