Job Title: Transport Clerk Location: Harlow, Essex Pay Rate: £17.54 per hour Shifts: Night shift, including alternate weekends We are seeking a reliable and motivated Transport Clerk to join our busy team in Harlow on a maternity cover contract. This is a varied role at the heart of our transport operations, supporting both drivers and the warehouse team to ensure everything runs smoothly.   Key Responsibilities: Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts Handling telephone calls from drivers and customer services Data entry (recording mileage and other details) Working closely with the warehouse team to organise reloads for returning drivers Preparing driver packs for the following day Key control and other general transport office duties  What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a transport/logistics environment is essential Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using IT systems; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage Flexible and willing to work shifts, including alternate weekends  What We Offer: Shift-based work providing structure and work/life balance Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy transport office  If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you To apply, please send your CV to (url removed)...
