**About the role**

The role will involve working within our MLPower team on Reception. You will be responsible for our Front of House helping to create and maintain a first class client service for our clients. In addition, you will be responsible for day-to-day assistance of the business, reporting to Alissa Whitney, Operations Manager. Your support and assistance will help contribute to the overall success of the firm.

**Responsibilities**
- Reception and taking care of our Front of House/ Client areas
- Call handling on Reception, meeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms
- Opening, filing and distributing office post (in and out)
- Ensuring office stock and communal areas are kept tidy and up to date.
- Provide general administrative assistance for the business.
- Scanning and archiving files, deeds and documents.
- Assistance in original documents and deeds storage and collection
- Assisting and supporting our MLPower team in various administrative tasks, such as opening and closing physical and electronic files.
- Assistance with general marketing tasks such as posts on socials and on our website.
- Sound academic background with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Office Management systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Previous Reception or Customer Service experience
- Strong time management skills
