Client Support Administrator

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday 0900-1730. There are no requirements to work Bank Holidays or Weekends in this role. This is a fully office based position.
If you have worked within a recruitment environment, especially contractor recruitment or recruitment administration, this is highly desirable.
**The Role**:
- Inputting client details onto the company CRM system
- Liaising internally and externally with other departments when required
- Providing response to queries in a professional, polite and helpful manner
**The Person**:
- Enjoys problem solving and completing administrative tasks
- Experience of taking ownership of and resolving queries
- Can work well in a team as well as independently
- Has a desire to work within an accountancy environment with a willingness to learn
- Is IT literate and fluent in Microsoft computer packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Has excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
