**Working Days and Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the client could be flexible on working hours 37.5 hours

**Hybrid Working**:Flexible to include working from home for part of the week

**Role Summary**
- The Trust is beginning a project to transfer all existing clinical procedural documents (guidelines) to a single structured document management system.
- Currently these documents are held in disparate systems, not all of which are accessible to staff working at home or on mobile devices.
- The post-holder will work with the project team on the transition to the new system. This will involve collaborating on document management processes, agreeing file structures, templates and metadata.
- It will be necessary to identify all documents that are in scope (approx. 2000 documents) and work with clinical and non-clinical staff to transfer these to the new system.
- The work will involve excellent attention to detail, knowledge of document management concepts, and the ability to liaise persuasively with staff across the organisation. The post-holder will be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft products, will be familiarwith web editors such as WordPress, and will ideally have some project management experience.

**Skills Required**:

- Degree-level qualification in field related to information management or healthcare administration
- Experience of document management, including defining naming conventions and folder structures and using metadata.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel. Skills with other Microsoft products, such as SharePoint, are desirable though not essential.
- Familiarity with web content editors, such as WordPress
- Knowledge of the NHS and ability to liaise persuasively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on document management following agreement of processes and required tasks.
