As OCU Group continues to grow and develop, an opportunity has arisen for a Project Implementation Coordinator to join the team in our Stockport Head office. The purpose of the role is to provide vital support to the Project Managers and other Project resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise key meetings on behalf of the Head of Change Management and the team.
- Support the Change Management Team’s projects by assisting Project Managers on business-critical activity.
- Data entry (excel and systems).
- Book and facilitate training where required.
- Manage and update the Change Management Team Process Library audit document/control access.
- Project administration.
- Learn how to use and understand how operational staff use business critical systems.
- Collating weekly reports from the Team.
- Create and maintain project documentation.

**Key skills**:

- Diary management.
- High organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Communication both written and verbal.
- Basic report writing.
- Data entry.
- Interest and ability to pick up new systems and business processes quickly.
- Support the Project Team on their implementations.
- Disciplined to work independently, where required and achieve objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Work in our Stockport office with potential travel to Leeds, Wigan, Deeside, and Manchester on critical projects.
