IT Systems

**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced (4-5 years) IT person who can take ownership of low to mid-scale projects while supporting IT operations across hardware, software, and user support. This role involves hands-on technical support, management of IT vendors, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs for various IT-related issues across the company, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful project delivery and operational stability.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Hardware & Application Support**:

- Monitoring: Monitor, Report, and Resolve Interface Issues: Oversee the smooth functioning of interfaces across platforms like Rithum and address any disruptions in real-time to ensure seamless operations. Install and configure laptops, desktops, and associated hardware from scratch.
- Handle the installation of software and updates as needed across the organization.
- Account and System Setup: Handle essential technical tasks, including ID creation, network troubleshooting, software installations, laptop configurations
- PC Health Clinic Quarterly Activity

**Project Support and Management**:

- Ownership: Manage and own project deliverables for small to mid-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective coordination, and quality control throughout.

**Retail and Wholesale Support**:

- Support the Retail and Wholesale teams with order management, inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product and inventory systems, including technical issues.
- Assist with the stock count process, including activating new ranges and addressing technical glitches.

**User Management**:

- Set up new or deactivate user accounts, ensuring all users have the appropriate access
- Troubleshoot and resolve shared drive access issues.

**Vendor Communication**:

- Liaise with IT vendors for ongoing support.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support and liaise with other suppliers for day-to-day support activities like patch upgrade etc. Weekend activities for and IT infra upgrade or change.

- Professional communication skills written and verbal both, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

- Strong organisation skills.
- ERP understanding (preferred hands on).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive projects to completion.
- Exposure on project management methodology is required, like Agile or waterfall.
- Programming languages like C++, c#.net
- Web Hosting Knowledge and hands on.
- Sound understanding on network, switches, access points etc.
- Database knowledge and hands on, preferrable SQL Server DB.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant IT qualification, bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Prince2, etc.) are desirable

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
