Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK’s largest care home providers, with over 240 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. Our project team are rolling out a new rostering system, tailored to each home’s requirements.

This is an exciting update for the business, allowing our managers to easily manage their rotas, bank shifts, staff timekeeping and attendance, and holiday allocation. Due to the launch of the project, our team is expanding to include a number of Implementation Leads who will provide on-site support to our managers, listen to their requirements, build the package to reflect their needs, and provide training and an aftercare service.

The role will be supporting homes and hospitals across the North of England and Scotland. Hybrid role with frequent travel as well as remote working.

NEED TO HAVE
- Training or implementation experience
- E-system experience
- Full UK driving licence

NEED TO DO
- Provide training to the home manager, administrator, and wider staff team on the new e-system
- Manage problem escalation to software vendors or other providers
- Work with the Project Manager to achieve agreed KPIs and milestones
- Managing and co-ordinating responses to requirements
- Work with the project team to create and maintain up to date and comprehensive project documentation
- Travel across the UK to support e-system rollout in person
