**Corporate Partner - Birmingham**
A Corporate Partner opportunity has arisen at a leading regional Legal 500 law firm for their Birmingham office.
You will become part of a dynamic and experienced team of nine, with members of the team already at the partnership level. You will join them in making decisions about the running and future growth of the department and the firm as a whole.
You will be advising a wide portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to well-established enterprises on all aspects of corporate matters including:

- acquisition and disposal of shares or assets
- joint ventures
- MBOs and MBIs
- business structures
