The firm is deeply invested in its people, offering a supportive environment where leadership is nurtured and success is shared.Your new role As Corporate Tax Partner, you will take on a strategic leadership role within the Birmingham office and the wider Midlands region. You’ll head up both the Private Client and Corporate Tax teams locally, with a focus on transforming the teams into advisory-led units.Your remit will include:Leading corporate taxpliance and advisory services for a client base with turnovers ranging from £50m to £200m.Advising across sectors including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, financial services, public sector, and not-for-profit.Delivering bespoke tax advice including R&D, Patent Box, sales structuring, due diligence, MBOs, succession planning, and transfer pricing.Collaborating with the national tax team and working closely with International and Large &plex teams in London.Mentoring and developing team capabilities for UK groups and listed entities.Driving strategic growth and enhancing the firm’s advisory offering across the Midlands.This is a high-profile role offering visibility across the firm and the opportunity to shape the future of tax advisory services in the region.What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you’ll need:ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.Proven experience in corporate tax advisory andpliance at a senior level.Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.Strategic vision and the drive to grow the firm’s advisory footprint.Experience withplex tax matters.You’ll be someone who leads by example, inspires confidence, and brings a collaborative mindset to every challenge.What you'll get in return This role offers apetitive six-figure salary with a bonus structure and profit-sharing potential.
