The firm is deeply invested in its people, offering a supportive environment where leadership is nurtured and success is shared.Your new roleAs Corporate Tax Partner, you will take on a strategic leadership role within the Birmingham office and the wider Midlands region. You'll head up both the Private Client and Corporate Tax teams locally, with a focus on transforming the teams into advisory-led units.Your remit will include:\tLeading corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a client base with turnovers ranging from £50m to £200m.\tAdvising across sectors including retail, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, financial services, public sector, and not-for-profit.\tDelivering bespoke tax advice including R&D, Patent Box, sales structuring, due diligence, MBOs, succession planning, and transfer pricing.\tCollaborating with the national tax team and working closely with International and Large & Complex teams in London.\tMentoring and developing team capabilities for UK groups and listed entities.\tDriving strategic growth and enhancing the firm's advisory offering across the Midlands.This is a high-profile role offering visibility across the firm and the opportunity to shape the future of tax advisory services in the region.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you'll need:\tACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.\tProven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance at a senior level.\tStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.\tCommercial acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.\tStrategic vision and the drive to grow the firm's advisory footprint.\tExperience with complex tax matters.You'll be someone who leads by example, inspires confidence, and brings a collaborative mindset to every challenge.What you'll get in returnThis role offers a competitive six-figure salary with a bonus structure and profit-sharing potential.
