Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a niche business in Warminster who are recruiting some temporary administrative support.
This role is currently ongoing temporary support with the company being very flexible around working hours, with the office opening between 8am and 5pm however they are happy to look at someone who wants to work around school hours or perhaps someone who only wants 3 days a week, they are very flexible.
Key Duties:
- Logging orders from customers on the order sheets.
- Creating an invoice for each customer purchase.
- Creating shipping labels to send products to customers.
- Tracking customer orders and resolving any issues with freight companies.
- Liaising with freight companies as and when necessary.
- Paying freight invoices.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Paying invoices from the manufacturing companies.
- Picking and packing orders ready for shipping.
- Maintaining an inventory of stock.
- Updating forums and Facebook page.
- Entering incoming expenditure and invoices into QuickBooks/VT.
This is a very hands on role where you will mainly be covering administrative duties but their may be times where they require someone to assist in the warehouse with picking and packing of orders and labelling orders for dispatch.
This is a small team so someone who is happy to work within a small team, assist with various tasks and muck in where required would be ideal.
