We are currently working with a market leading and independent Estate Agency in their search for a Lettings Administrator to join their team in their office Warminster.

This is a very fast paced role as you'll be assisting the Lettings teams desk which is extremely busy right now. You main responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries
- Registering clients onto the system
- processing references
- General administration (so a high level of detail/attention to detail involved here)
- Diary management
- Communicating with the wider team.

This role is likely to be office based, but ideally we would like the successful person to be able to drive as well as comes with:

- Good administration skills
- Coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
