In this role you will have the opportunity in being involved with exciting campaigns to support developers to sell off plan properties in major cities. The campaigns involve creating and designing on brand social media content, marketing funnels, with a range of different objectives, including our online property investment webinar campaigns and in-person property networking events.

You will be involved in all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to achieve results. We are looking for someone that is creativity and goes above and beyond and not shy in stepping out of their comfort zone. We are a fast paste, growing business that offers limitless opportunities, in a fun and energetic work environment.

Your role involves utilising a range of digital channels and platforms to reach and engage our target audiences, driving traffic, leads, and conversions for our business.

You will need to have an understanding some of these key concepts:

- HubSpot CRM systems
- Canva Design
- Meta Business suite with a Paid spend strategy.
- Website Development
- The Creation of Digital Marketing Funnels
- Various Digital Technologies

**Job Purpose**:
Reporting into our Marketing Manager, who is our brand lead for marketing campaigns, we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our awesome marketing team As a Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and posts, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels.

You are able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with various teams, where you can provide support, whilst growing your wider skillset across website development, campaigns, social media, SEO and analytics.

You will not shy away from working beyond normal hours, as we will need you to attend online webinars and occasional networking events.

You will also work closely with our Digital Marketing VA, Digital Content VA, Analyst, Head of Operations and Head of Sales.

**Required**
- 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
- 2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- 1 years’ experience with Canvas and/or similar design package
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 1 year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in
