**Job Purpose**: As a Marketing Executive, you'll be a versatile asset within our dynamic team, contributing to various aspects of marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in generating fresh ideas, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will encompass content planning, creation, and posting, alongside digital activities, website amendments, event coordination, and managing social media community groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify audience preferences, trends, and competitors' activities.
- Support events; including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate the marketing team, agencies, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Support other marketing activities and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage social media community groups, engaging with members, fostering discussions, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Graphic design skills are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
