**Overview**

Harnham is partnered with a SaaS start-up to recruit for a Head of Analytics and Insights. This role offers up to £130,000 plus the opportunity to work remotely. You will be responsible for defining their insights analytic function.

**The role**

You will be responsible for:

- Creating their Analytics & Insights Strategy and partner with the leadership team to define priorities and opportunities
- Own all the KPIs of the company and maintain a single source of truth for all key data and analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization decision
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders across the company to drive strategic and operational improvements
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective collaboration with all stakeholders, from cross-functional teams.

**The experience**

You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

- Knowledgeable and experienced with the relevant tools/program, always aware of the top notch in the market
- Knowledgeable within the Tech ecosystem (i.e. Hubspot, Microsoft Suite, CRMs, Business Manager, ERPs, Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources, etc.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
- Experience and knowledge of statistical modelling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
- Experience working with and creating databases, dashboards and rich executive level presentations using all relevant data to inform decisions.
- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue, strategic risk management and other key business outcomes
