We have experienced rapid growth so far - expanding our team from 3 to 40 people in the last 18 months and we are now looking for a Consultant (Insights & Analytics) to join our growing team.

**About the role**:
As a Consultant in our team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering strategic insights to clients, driving analytics programmes and be integral to shaping the future of brands we work with.

Initially, you’ll be working with one of our global clients based in London where you will interface with multiple business functions, support the delivery of workstreams and be hands-on in delivering analysis too. You should be a confident communicator, passionate about the power of digital data, and have an innovative and creative mindset.

Back at base, you’ll also play a key part in shaping the future of a fast-growing start-up.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the project management and delivery of analytics and insights projects (capability development and research briefs)
- Working as part of a cross-functional team, e.g. with Data Science and Data Engineering colleagues, to design, develop and deliver analytics solutions and research findings
- Working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to understand and gather requirements (to inform analytical solutions and scope insights projects)
- Developing and refining business use cases and user stories
- Driving the adoption of solutions through delivery of presentations, demos and training sessions
- Gather consumer data (e.g. Search, Social, Online Media, Reviews, Web, App, etc.) using digital tools by writing relevant queries
- Follow defined methods and approaches independently when analysing data to uncover stories, themes and findings (working with specialist colleagues where required)
- Storyboarding strategic insight reports based on defined research briefs
- Developing compelling, concise client presentations to land key messages
- Communicating findings to stakeholders, including senior audiences
- Learning to plan and scope new projects with senior colleagues

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a consulting environment and/or the research and insights industry
- Proven track record of project delivery
- Some stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data to pull out key insights
- Commitment to delivering outstanding work for clients
- Experience utilising digital data tools (e.g., social listening tools, search keyword tools, web traffic tools, etc.) is a plus
