You’ll help shape innovative solutions and lead client engagements while developing your own leadership skills in a high-growth, collaborative environment.What you’ll doClient DeliveryLead the design and execution of data and digital transformation programmesManage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomesApply critical thinking and structured problem solving to client challengesStakeholder EngagementBuild and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholdersFacilitate alignment across business and technical teamsTeam Leadership and DevelopmentManage high performing teams and provide coachingShape our internal capability and develop new businessWhat we’re looking forMust have 4+ years of consulting experienceStrong understanding of project delivery approaches such as Agile and Prince2Proven experience delivering data and analytics-focused transformation initiativesAbility to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-makingStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrategic mindset with commercial awarenessProject management certification is a plusCompetitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary, that reflects your talent and expertise in accordance with industry standards.
