Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead needed by an international business who are about to expand into the UK and across Europe. Backed by a large worldwide conglomerate, they're a completely separate entity looking to launchtheir portfolio of pet technology products into the UK and beyond.
As the companies first marketing hire, you'll be trusted with the development and execution of the growth marketing strategies.
The Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead will:

- *Work with the Head of UK to execute growth marketing strategies.
*Support with the forecasting process and provide detailed assessment of market opportunities.
*Manage agency partners throughout key marketing channels.
*Work with retail partners (Amazon, Pet Retailers etc.) to achieve growth targets.
*Develop impactful launch plans for new products.
The Head of Growth / Head of Consumer Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead must have:

- *Proven experience leading growth at a consumer facing ecommerce business across any sector.
*Experience in managing and developing marketing strategies.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*A positive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
*Clear ability to wear multiple hats - hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc.
This is an amazing opportunity to join the UK team at the earliest stages. Since the team will be small initially, you must be someone that loves rolling up their sleeves.
