The Skills4Life programme provides in-house training and volunteering course that supports the young people living in our homes into full-time employment.

**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in one of our Swansea homes.

Reporting to House Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and recording of the relevant personal development sessions within the home.

You will mentor the young people living in our homes, in a role that is intense and challenging but also extremely rewarding. You will be constantly learning and developing while making a tangible difference to the lives of the young people we support.

**About you**:
**Essential experience and qualifications**:
You will be required to work towards QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People.

You will have experience in meeting the safeguarding needs of vulnerable people, have a proven track record in maintaining a safe living and working environment, be able to demonstrate that you can adhere to all policies and procedures as set out by an employer.

At Bespoke Care Group Limited, all care staff work on a rota system that includes days, waking-nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

You will be a team player with a strong personality and be enthusiastic and passionate about providing a high standard of quality care which meets individual young people’s needs while being a positive role-model to support others to make positive life-choices.

**Desirable experience and qualifications**:
You will hold a full, clean and current Driving Licence with Business Vehicle Insurance and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word

**Remuneration**:
**Job Type** - Full-time

**Standard working hours** - 38 Hours a week

**Company Pension** - Employer contributions made at 3%

**Staff Holidays** - 5.6 weeks pro rata.

**Salary** - £22,880.00 - £27,820.00 - Dependent on qualifications and experience
