**Youth Support Worker**

Bespoke Care Group looking to recruit motivated, resilient and passionate support workers to join our friendly team and become long-term, consistent adults in our young people’s lives.

We are currently recruiting for full-time 42 hours per week positions. You will be required to work a shift pattern that includes day and night shifts.

We have three Children’s Homes at present based in Swansea with a further two opening very soon.

**Your role as a Residential Support Worker**:

- Create positive relationships with our young people, meeting their needs, promoting their self-esteem and always safeguarding them.
- Provide and participate in leisure activities with young people.
- Maintain structure, boundaries and domestic routines within the home.
- Complete and maintain administrative records as required by the home.
- Promote health and development young people as appropriate to their needs.
- Complete duties in line with Bespoke Care Group policies and procedures.

The welfare of our young people is paramount in the role of a Youth support worker, which is why your wellbeing, career progression and happiness is important to us.

**Bespoke Care Group also are one of the only Care Providers in the UK to have their very own Construction Training Centre with Qualified Instructors which our Young People are expected to attend. This gives the skills and work ethic to go on and achieve a good working lifestyle after they leave our care.**

**What We Need from YOU**:

- A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation
- The ability to see past challenging behaviours and give genuine support and have compassion.
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Previous experience of working with Children & Young People (Desirable)
