Activ Camps Ltd is a friendly and lively company running non-stop fun activity camps, clubs and events for children across London. We are passionate about providing the highest quality experience for the children that join us and continuing to increase our reach across London.
**Salary**: £30,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy**: Assist in the development and lead in the execution of the overall marketing plan and calendar, helping to drive awareness of the Activ Camps experience and increase bookings
- **Social Media Management**: Curate and post engaging content across all social media channels to increase awareness of our provisions, engage with followers and drive traffic to the website.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the daily operations and updates of the company website, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings through keyword research, on-page optimisation and content creation
- **Managing Marketing Budgets**: To ensure that marketing campaigns remain within budget from season to season, and across the year as a whole.
**Essential Attributes**:
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Creative, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proactive and resolution-focused, with the capability to manage multiple projects
**Desirable Attributes**:
- A passion for children’s activities and sports
- An understanding of safeguarding practices
**Contract**: Full Time Contract
**Start date**: Monday 16th January 2025
**Work hours**: 0930 - 1800
Will vary based on requirements of our camps, clubs and events
**Holidays**: 23 days plus public holidays and christmas closure
**Location**: Company Office in Brixton, London, with regular visits to camps, clubs and events. As well as the possibility to work from home on occasion.
Two rounds of interviews, two suitable references and a contract returned with Associated Annexes signed.
