Key responsibilities include:

- Processing redemption and non-redemption tasks such as subletting, remortgaging, and name changes
- Verifying legal and financial documentation in line with scheme requirements
- Providing excellent customer service to buyers, mortgage advisors, conveyancers, and valuers
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements
- Supporting colleagues and mentoring where required

What we’re looking for:

- Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in case handling, mortgages, or shared equity loans is desirable
- Welsh language skills are a plus
