Sales Administrator

Ace Group are an expanding national company with the head office based in Nelson, Lancashire.
We supply, maintain, and repair all types of industrial and commercial door systems to large national customers such as Tesco, Asda, M&S, Waitrose, Morrisons, Ikea, Councils and NHS Trusts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and administer the sales process and orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Setup and maintain servicing plans for existing and new customers.
- Maintain accurate contract records, including documentation of amendments, extensions, approvals, and terminations
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfil their obligations in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Management of our online presence and e-commerce sites including order fulfilment, stock management and updating our product offerings
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales/Service Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Office365 and service management systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
