**Administration Assistant - Nelson**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a leading car supermarket based in the new Nelson Showroom.

The Administration Assistant role is an important position within the showroom office as it is responsible for ensuring that all documentation relating to the on-site sales is managed efficiently and in line with company and financial guidelines.

**Administration Assistant: The Person**
- Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues
- Good time management
- Can work to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a busy office
- Driven and able to work independently and well within a team environment
- Can work under pressure and be flexible
- A team player
- Experience working in the motor trade not compulsory
- Competent in using Microsoft packages
- Customer experience orientated
**Administration Assistant: Duties**
- Provide admin. Support to the General Manager and his on-site team
- Process all related administration for the following but not limited to:
- Finance documentation
- Insurance related
- Processing vehicle arrivals and departures from site
- Filing
- Scanning
- Deal Packs for Compliance Audit
- R. Admin.
- Stock Management
- Health & Safety
- Petty Cash Handling
- Accounts Admin
