Job Introduction
Are you the person to help us design and implement a range of methods to enable people to tell us what they think?

This is an exciting new role to help us understand the experiences of people who use our adult social care services - both good and bad - to enable us improve.

This could be through different methods such as telephone, online, messaging, face to face or through existing forums and feedback, but always with a focus on the person.

The role sits within our Quality & Performance team: we're focused on turning our information, data and feedback into intelligence that supports teams to continuously improve.

Main Responsibilities
You will work with the team to bring more understanding of the experience of people who use adult social care services:

- Undertaking direct consultation with people
- Advocating the views and experiences of people through reports and presentations
- Collating and analysing evidence to help us learn, inform practice guidance and progress service improvement
- Supporting the development of an engagement framework
- Be passionate about helping people to explain their experiences
- Enjoy speaking to people and be able to use a range of different research and engagement methods
- Curious about understanding people's experience of our services and able to ask questions
- Ability to analyse findings into insightful reports
- Experience of constructively challenging perceptions
