**Online Digital Operative**

You will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a contact / call centre environment.

**Job Purpose**:
**Person Specification**:
You will have the ability to become part of a highly motivated Team, driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be enthusiastic and positive with experience of working in a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.

**Areas Responsibilities**:

- Answer all communication professionally and ensure all customers always receive a “quality” service.
- Input all customer details onto the IT systems and ensure all related administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner following set company procedures.
- Liaise with all other departments to ensure that all customers’ needs are attended to within the agreed timescale.
- Personal appearance.
- Time Keeping and absenteeism.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested.

**You will have**:

- Computer literate in Microsoft packages.
- Experience working in a high volume, multi-channel inbound contact centre.
- Be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
- Full UK driving licence is required.

This is a fulltime position working 40 hours over five consecutive days including weekends. Overtime will be available but not guaranteed.
