Could you help our residents make the best out of every day? We have a very homely detached residential setting in a quiet part of Winsford. The team is well established and has a friendly vibe. Our homes support a small number of residents, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships with all our service users.

iMap - individuals making autism positive, are an established support provider within the Cheshire area who have a strong commitment and ethos towards increasing the participation of children, young people and adults with autism in all aspects of living and learning.

Support Workers are the key to providing outstanding support to the young people in our care. While no two days or nights are the same, consistency in approach is key. We are looking for staff to join a small team who support residents in their day to day lives. Our young people are very active during the day and enjoy being out and about, whether that is in the community going walking, swimming, maybe dancing the night away at the disco, or at home working on their independent living skills and in school with learning.

The salary for a full-time role with us is £19,012-£21,892, and we also have part-time roles available. There's also the potential for additional overtime opportunities which are paid at the overtime rate of £11 per hour.

Don’t worry if you have never worked in care before, we offer full paid training with ongoing support from a strong management and multi-award-winning office teams who invest in you and help you achieve your career goals. Our standard full time hours are around 39.375 hours a week, engaged in a shift rota, mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

Our property is located near bus routes, so driving is not essential for the role, however it is always an advantage.

Staff in our Adult’s homes need to be at least 18 years old to adhere to CQC regulations, whilst staff in our Children’s home need to be at least 22 years old to adhere to Ofsted Regulations.
