About the role
You will be responsible for
Partnering with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and networking efforts.
Use data-driven insights to optimise recruitment strategies and report on hiring metrics.
Collaborate with the Recruitment and Attraction Manager support employer branding initiatives that enhance Booker’s visibility in the talent market.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices are applied.
Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes and attraction strategies.
You will need
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency recruiting for head office vacancies
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent attraction strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively.
