- Business partnering with management to optimize financial results.
- Identifying areas of opportunities and risk, providing recommendation and solutions.
- Support forecasting and annual financial planning cycles.
- Able to challenge the status quo around strategic growth, profitability and working capital optimization.
- Proactively engage with the business to drive efficiencies, reduce risk, and optimize processes.
- Able to coach, mentor and integrate with the wider business and finance function.
- Engage in the implementation of SAP project software, collaborating within a complex, matrixed organisation.

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Subject matter expert with proven finance business partnering experience.
- An ability to provide financial advice, supporting revenue optimization, cost control and risk management.
- Able to navigate complexity with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to network and build deep relationships.
- Driven to problem solve, process improvement and when needed conflict management.
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified with proficiency in SAP and Excel.

**You will be rewarded with**:

- £57,760 - £72,200
