The Senior Dailies Producer position requires a thorough understanding of the production and post-production process for feature and episodic workflows. This role is a senior position within the company’s international dailies operations, with client facing responsibilities.

The Senior Dailies Producer will be required to oversee all UK dailies projects throughout the prep and shoot process into finishing post, delegating specific project responsibility to the Dailies Production team. This individual will be highly motivated with extreme attention to detail and organization. They must have the ability to work as part of a team across time zones, whilst being able to manage complex shift schedules for multiple projects in various locations simultaneously. He/she will liaise with clients and manage existing and new client relationships directly.

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Dailies Production team head of department, line manager to all UK based Dailies staff, responsible for scheduling and smooth running of the UK based Dailies operations, in partnership with the Operations Director, Workflow Supervisors and the engineering department
- Oversee scheduling of all UK based dailies staff, working with producers from all HARBOR locations internationally to schedule available staff to work remotely
- Responsible for allocation, booking and shipment of equipment both in facility, at colleagues homes and on location
- Lead the sourcing and onboarding of Dailies Colourists and Operator crew both in staff and freelance appointments, in partnership with the Workflow Supervisors and Operations Director
- Communicate with clients, creatives, productions and studios throughout the duration of all projects to ensure deadlines are met, deliveries are accurate, and finances are mutually understood and accepted
- Manage and promote client relationships, building upon existing relationships to bring more repeat work and to amplify ongoing sales pipeline
- Work with engineering and workflow developers to ensure the best project workflow and pipelines are in place for the start and duration of dailies and handover to finishing post
- Ensure that all procedures and protocols are followed by all departmental staff to deliver the prescribed requirement to clients on a daily basis
- Ensure artists and operators comply with all security protocols as directed by the MPAA, studio, or network
- Works with sales department to determine cost of work for formal bids and identify projects to pitch/strategize
- Ensure projects are billed accurately and promptly
- Other responsibilities within the department, as required and assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Significant post production project management experience
- Proven experience of film/episodic dailies-based workflows for both digital and film capture
- Excellent understanding of industry workflows, colour pipelines and data archiving procedures
- Ability to be flexible on working hours, while managing team shift schedules to ensure proper coverage
