Senior Producer

We are recruiting for a Senior Producer to lead high-profile creative productions across fashion, beauty, food, and lifestyle. This role is a fixed-term contract until January 2027.

About the Role

As a Senior Producer within Harrods' Creative Content Division, you'll play a pivotal role in managing complex, multi-location shoots across fashion, beauty, food, and lifestyle categories. Working closely with the Head Producer, you'll oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring seamless delivery of content for Harrods' editorial, marketing, and advertising channels. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone ready to step into a senior leadership position and drive excellence across every stage of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-channel campaigns from concept to final asset delivery, across diverse categories.
• Strategically manage large-scale and overseas productions, ensuring alignment with creative vision, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Editorial, and Styling teams to shape and execute best-in-class content.
• Oversee all pre-production logistics including talent sourcing, studio/location booking, and scheduling.
• Report to senior leadership on production performance, budget tracking, and strategic alignment.

The working pattern for this role is Monday-Friday; however, we are looking for someone who can be flexible.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be a confident and experienced Producer ready to take the next step into a senior role. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organised, and have a sharp eye for detail. Your communication style is adaptable, and you're skilled at building strong relationships across teams and with external talent. You're calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional creative work.

You must have:

• Proven experience at Producer level, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
