Conference Producers
– the people who create, shape and build
high-profile business events
from scratch.

Experienced
Conference Producers

What you'll do:

As a Conference Producer, you'll essentially act like a
mini-business owner
for each event:

• Research markets & hot topics
• Deep-dive into an industry to understand what senior leaders
  actually
  care about
• Identify the issues, trends and opportunities that matter commercially
• Design the conference or webinar agenda
• Decide which themes, panels and sessions will attract the right audience
• Build programmes that are insightful
  and
  commercially successful
• Build relationships with industry leaders
• Approach and invite senior executives and subject-matter experts to speak
• Network with decision-makers and build your profile in the sector
• Drive commercial success
• Assess which topics and formats will attract the most delegates and sponsors
• Help ensure each event delivers both
  impact and profit

What we're looking for

Academics

• Minimum
  AAB at A level
• 2:1 or above
  from a
  Russell Group or Top 30 university
• CVs must include detailed A level (or equivalent) results to be considered
