Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our 'CaST' team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

CaST stands for Creative at Scale Team and is a production agency within the Publicis Groupe that solely supports the Haleon brand portfolio (formerly GSK consumer goods). This team is comprised of agency producers, a client services layer, a business affairs department, and a dedicated post-production team.

Reporting into the Head of Production, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and charismatic individual to work on large scale production projects across the region on a major client. You will oversee global above-the-line integrated campaign toolkits alongside creative agencies both within the Publicis Groupe and externally with WPP creative agencies around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a key point of client/agency contact for production enquiries (during the production phase) and help manage client relationships.
  • Interpret client briefs and be capable of budgeting, pitching, scheduling and quoting on all aspects of production.
  • Advise on means to provide production cost savings and efficiencies through shoot bundling and other economies of scale.
  • Lead production projects across all stages of production through to delivery - ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee complete budget wrap of each production, ensuring that all productions are fully reconciled, a production factsheet is completed and, where necessary, a production wash-up with all parties.
  • Help manage and support the development of junior/assistant producers.
  • End-to-end management of pre and post production across assigned projects, providing the client & creative agency with timely status updates.
  • Help identify opportunities for use of ai-enabled production workflows and engage the appropriate teams for support.

Qualifications
Core experience and skills:

  • Extensive experience working in a production environment, including within a client-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of all elements of production and post-production, overseeing a brief from bidding through to final delivery.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing global productions across all budget ranges with multiple deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Experience producing & exec producing campaigns, TVCs & online/social content, stills, etc. both nationally & internationally with budgets ranging from £1K -£1M+.
  • Knowledge of industry & APA guidelines, as well as extensive contacts and relationships with production crews, third-party suppliers & service companies.
  • Excellent supplier knowledge, contract negotiation skills & knowledge of competitor pricing.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of clients (in a variety of roles) and guide and advise them on specific projects as well as general best practice for production.
  • Experience of working in a team and managing and developing junior production talent.
  • Experience working at an advertising agency on a global account.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of all content media/social platforms (FB, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
