Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior VFX Producer to join our team in London and contribute to our continued growth and success. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the visual effects production process, from initial concept development to final delivery. The Senior VFX Producer will work closely with our clients, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Manage all aspects of the visual effects production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with artists, supervisors, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and achieve project goals
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate them to stakeholders as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry partners
  • Mentor and train junior producers and other team members as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Other duties, as required and assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in visual effects production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, artists, and other stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work
  • Deep knowledge of the visual effects production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Flame, Maya, Nuke, and Houdini
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges
