Senior Producer – Notorious DIT

You will oversee projects from booking through to completion, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure workflows are efficient, cost-effective, and of the highest standard.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the film and television production process, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams. They should also possess a good level of technical knowledge of DIT and Lab equipment.Client & Project ManagementAct as primary contact for producers, cinematographers, and post supervisors across DIT & dailies projectsWork with the team to ensure onboarding, workflow planning, schedules, and deliveries run smoothlyBuild long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.Operational OversightOversee on-set, near-set, and lab-based DIT & dailies workflows, including colour management, metadata integrity, and secure media handlingAllocate resources and manage schedules for DITs, wranglers, and dailies operatorsResolve workflow and technical issues promptlyEnsure QC standards are consistently met.Scope, budget, and quote for projectsEnsure margin targets are met through efficient resourcing and cost controlIdentify and deliver margin improvements.Mentor and support producers, operators, and freelancersRecruit and train staff in emerging workflows and technologyAct as an escalation point for the production team.Support business strategy development for the DIT & dailies divisionChampion adoption of new technologies (cloud dailies, AI-assisted workflows, virtual production)Contribute to new business development and pitch work.Skills and Experience Required:Proven track record as a Producer or Senior Producer in DIT and dailies environments, this could be for a business or for yourself as an individualStrong understanding of workflows and costings in this spaceAn established network of clients and production contactsDeep technical knowledge of digital cinema workflows, camera formats, colour science, and metadataExcellent organisational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple projects and effectively lead a multiskilled teamExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience with cloud-based dailies platformsKnowledge of VFX pulls, conform workflows, and editorial crossoversFamiliarity with emerging virtual production workflows.KPIs / Success Measures:Projects delivered on-time and on-budgetHigh levels of client satisfaction and repeat businessDivision revenue and margin growthStrong staff retention and developmentContribution to new business and workflow innovation.Company Values:What we believe in at Molinare:Teamwork - Sharing skills and experiences whilst supporting each other ensures excellence across all our projectsPassion - We treat every project with respect and the time that it deservesExpertise- By embracing our creative background, we take risks that allow us to aim higherTalent - We nurture talent to grow and do something meaningful at Molinare, which raises the bar for all of usInclusion- We expand our creativity, knowledge nd understanding when working with people from different backgrounds, cultures and thinking styles.We are committed to accessible hiring practices to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.
